Christine Roberts Counselling is a fully qualified counsellor offering individual counselling and therapy for adults over 18. A member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, Christine provides bespoke support tailored to your needs, combining therapeutic counselling with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help change unhelpful thought patterns.

Christine specialises in anxiety, stress, resolving trauma and changing life direction. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem and low mood. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges through couples counselling, managing depression, or seeking support with anxiety, you'll find a compassionate, evidence-informed approach.

Services are available through multiple formats for your convenience. Online counselling and telephone counselling both provide easy-to-access ways of working together, while face-to-face sessions are also available. This flexibility means you can choose the delivery method that works best for you.
