About Christine Everley Counselling
Christine Everley Counselling offers compassionate, professional counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Christine brings expertise and integrity to every session.
Christine works with depression, anxiety, stress and related difficulties, recognising that anxiety covers a wide spectrum—from the temporary effects of stress to more persistent concerns. She also provides couples counselling to help improve how people relate to those around them, alongside support for bereavement, anger management, self-esteem and exam stress.
Her therapeutic approach combines person-centred counselling with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), tailored to each client's needs. Through ongoing professional development, Christine has built knowledge across many areas including work-related stress, eating distress, and support for young people.
Whether you're navigating a specific life challenge or seeking to understand yourself better, Christine Everley Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore your concerns and move towards positive change.
