About Christine Cunningham
Christine Cunningham is a BACP Integrative Counsellor, Life Coach and Supervisor offering a range of therapeutic support for adults, couples and children aged 8 and up. She creates a safe, confidential space for one-on-one counselling sessions, helping clients work through challenges and build meaningful change in their lives.
Couples Counselling focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts and rebuilding connection within relationships. Alongside individual and couples work, Christine provides Life Coaching to support personal development and goal-setting.
For children and young people, Christine uses play therapy and creative activities as part of her counselling approach, making therapy accessible and engaging for younger clients. She also offers Sand Tray Therapy as a therapeutic tool within her practice.
Recognising that access to support matters, Christine provides Online and Telephone Counselling, allowing clients to access sessions from the comfort of their home with flexibility and convenience. General Counselling Sessions are available across all these formats.
Christine is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring her practice meets professional standards and ethical guidelines. She also provides Clinical Supervision for other practitioners, using the Seven-Eyed Model to support professional development and reflective practice.
