Christina Martin is a Naturopathic Functional Medicine Practitioner who takes a whole-body approach to health and wellbeing. As a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, she combines functional medicine consultation with nutritional therapy to address the root causes of health concerns rather than symptoms alone.

Christina offers functional medicine consultations and nutritional therapy initial consultations, supported by private health testing to build a clear picture of your individual needs. She creates personalised meal plans designed to support specific health conditions, and provides comprehensive health assessments as the foundation for tailored care.

She works with food intolerance testing (non-invasive) to identify dietary triggers, offers weight management support focused on natural, sustainable results, and helps clients regain control through stress management strategies. Christina also provides specialised packages for gut health, women's health (including pre- and post-menopause support through her 40 Plus Program for women aged 40 and above), and men's health. She works with corporate clients on wellness initiatives as well.
