About Chloë Chapman
Chloë Chapman is an EMDR therapist and art psychotherapist holding a Master's degree in Art Psychotherapy. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT), and EMDR UK.
Chloë offers short and long-term therapy to adults working through a range of issues. She specialises in trauma-focused work, including PTSD and complex trauma, using EMDR—an evidence-based treatment recognised for its effectiveness with post-traumatic stress disorder. She has completed additional training in attachment-focused EMDR and IFS-informed EMDR, bringing depth to her trauma work.
Beyond trauma, EMDR is beneficial for depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, attachment issues, and grief or loss. Art therapy complements this approach, offering a creative pathway for processing difficult experiences and emotions.
Chloë also provides clinical supervision for other EMDR and art therapists, supporting professional development in these modalities.
Whether you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking a creative therapeutic approach, Chloë offers evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to your needs.
