About Chepstow Taekwon-Do
Chepstow Taekwon-Do offers taekwon-do classes for all ages, from children through to adults. The martial art is known for its incredible techniques and explosive speed, making it an excellent way to develop your fitness, flexibility, and coordination.
The Little Pumas programme is specifically designed for children aged 4–6, using taekwon-do as a training platform to teach important foundational skills including balance, courtesy, and discipline. Classes are available across different age groups and ability levels, with free trial sessions offered so you can experience the training before committing.
Chepstow Taekwon-Do is a member of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts (P.U.M.A.), ensuring instruction meets recognised standards. Whether you're looking to build fitness, gain confidence, or learn a traditional martial art, the club welcomes newcomers and provides a structured pathway for progression.

Our Head Instructor is Tom Baxter, a 3rd Dan Black Belt who holds qualifications as a Personal Trainer and Level 2 Sports and Fitness Coach, along with various other coaching and teaching credentials.
