About Charlotte Preston Somatics
Charlotte Preston Somatics offers integrative therapy and somatic practices designed to support nervous system regulation and trauma recovery. Working with a blend of Somatic Experiencing®, counselling, bodywork and touch therapy, Charlotte helps clients recover from chronic stress and complex trauma through a holistic approach that honours the body's role in healing.
