Centred Counselling offers professional counselling and therapy for a range of emotional and mental health concerns. The service provides general counselling sessions alongside specialised support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Centred Counselling is a BACP registered member working towards accreditation, CPCAB accredited, and a member of the Westcountry Association for Counsellors. The practice offers flexible delivery to suit your needs: face-to-face sessions, online counselling via secure video software, and telephone counselling, with daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
The counsellors are fully qualified and bring training in trauma-informed approaches, including work with relational trauma and dissociation. This means they understand how overwhelming experiences can leave you feeling disconnected or struggling with strong emotions, and they're equipped to support you through that.
