About Cassie Saxon Counselling
Cassie Saxon Counselling offers person-centred counselling for adults navigating life's challenges. As a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Cassie works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and bereavement, and trauma. Her approach is rooted in the belief that you are the best person to understand your own life, and she creates a supportive space for you to explore what matters most to you.
Cassie works with a wide range of concerns, including stress, panic, addiction, confidence and self-esteem, work-related difficulties, and health-related issues. She also supports adults facing infertility and baby loss, as well as women's issues including menopause.
