Caroline Weiland is an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor offering compassionate, evidence-based support for adults, couples, adolescents and families navigating life's most challenging moments.

With a postgraduate diploma and MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University, Caroline brings both rigorous training and lived experience to her practice. She is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and holds membership with UKCP, ensuring her work meets the highest professional standards.

Caroline specialises in bereavement counselling, drawing on three years of dedicated experience at Brent Bereavement Services. She works with couples who have experienced the loss of a baby through SIDS, offering deeply compassionate support during profound grief. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Existential Therapy, bringing a philosophical and meaning-centred approach to her work.

She works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, family dynamics and existential questions about meaning and purpose. Her therapeutic approach draws on existential and systemic perspectives, helping clients understand their feelings, find clarity and develop greater resilience.
