With a postgraduate diploma and MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University, Caroline brings both rigorous training and lived experience to her practice. Caroline specialises in bereavement counselling, drawing on three years of dedicated experience at Brent Bereavement Services. She works with couples who have experienced the loss of a baby through SIDS, offering deeply compassionate support during profound grief. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Existential Therapy, bringing a philosophical and meaning-centred approach to her work.
She works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, family dynamics and existential questions about meaning and purpose.
