About Caroline Ridge Counselling
Caroline Ridge Counselling offers person-centred therapy for adults, teenagers, and young people aged 11 and above, working with a range of presenting issues. The practice is registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Services include general counselling, anxiety therapy, bereavement counselling, and couples counselling. Caroline has particular experience supporting those navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety-related conditions such as health anxiety, and bereavement—including work with children going through loss. She also offers specialist support for those affected by pregnancy and infant loss, as well as perinatal mental health concerns including postnatal depression.
Additionally, Caroline provides counselling to young people facing exam and university stress, and supports current and previous sufferers of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) during pregnancy.
