About Carole Simpkins
Carole Simpkins is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works with individuals, couples, and those navigating specific life challenges using a gestalt approach, which she integrates with influences from other therapeutic methods to suit each client's needs.
Carole offers general counselling on a flexible basis—whether for an agreed time period or on an open-ended arrangement. She has particular experience and interest in supporting clients through bereavement, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and domestic abuse recovery. She also provides couples counselling, helping partners work through relationship issues together.
Beyond one-to-one work, Carole offers supervision for qualified counsellors at low cost. Her practice is accessible via online sessions conducted over Zoom, making support available wherever you are.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking space to explore what's affecting you, Carole provides a thoughtful, person-centred approach to help you move forward.
