Sound healing forms a core part of her work. The sacred sound of gongs produces frequencies that can help resolve emotional, physical or spiritual dissonance, while during a gong bath, waves of sound intersperse with and bathe over your entire body. She also incorporates crystal singing bowls and other instruments into her sessions, often weaving in voice, Sanskrit and additional healing modalities.
Through kinesiology consultations, Carole listens to your body via muscle assessment to identify and balance many stressors that may be making it difficult for the body to re-establish balance. She offers both one-to-one breathwork sessions and restorative group sound meditations and gong baths.
