Carol Smyth is a BABCP accredited CBT therapist and psychotherapist offering evidence-based support for adults navigating life's challenges. She specialises in helping people manage anxiety, depression, and stress through cognitive behavioural therapy tailored to individual transitions and circumstances.
Beyond adult mental health, Carol brings specialist expertise in perinatal wellbeing, supporting people through the emotional and psychological changes of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. She is also a qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 15 years' experience supporting parents and babies.
