Carlo is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, combining the three main schools of psychotherapy through an integrative framework. This means drawing on person-centred therapy, which emphasises empathy, authenticity and non-judgement; psychodynamic therapy, which explores the unconscious and how past experiences shape the present; and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which develops understanding of the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
