Beyond reflexology, Cariad has expanded its skills to include Usui Reiki—a traditional Japanese energy-healing method where you're invited to set your intention for the session using oracle cards. On the skin side, treatments include microneedling (collagen induction therapy using ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-channels), enhanced with red light therapy to optimise healing and results. Holistic and deluxe facials are also available, designed to refine, brighten, and revitalise the skin with visible improvement.
