She trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) at the NHS's only dedicated insomnia clinic, and holds further qualifications in CBT-I and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Camilla offers a flexible range of services tailored to individual needs. Her Sleep MOT provides a comprehensive 360-degree assessment of your sleep issues and current routine, while her Full Sleep Service delivers an in-depth analysis with a bespoke, tailor-made programme designed to address your specific challenges.
