Cambridge Tai Ji offers traditional martial arts and movement practices designed to support physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Classes focus on Tai Chi and other traditional exercises, with the possibility of exploring internal martial arts such as Xing Yi. The practice also includes short courses in Yi Jin Jing, a standing exercise for strengthening, and Shi Er Duan Jin, a sitting exercise for balancing energy. In addition to group classes, Cambridge Tai Ji provides craniosacral therapy and one-to-one consultations to help you find the approach that suits you best.
