About Caldecote Counselling
Caldecote Counselling offers private counselling to individuals, couples, adults, young people and teenagers, with a separate qualification in couples work. The practice draws on a varied field of expertise, including anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, relationship issues, anger management, low confidence and self-esteem, and disordered eating. Bereavement counselling and stress support are also available.
The counsellor is an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds the CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision. This background includes volunteering and work experience in charitable addiction services, wellness centres and private rehab clinics, bringing depth to the therapeutic approach.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is offered alongside general counselling sessions. Sessions are available both face-to-face and online, making support accessible whether you're local or further afield. The practice also provides clinical supervision to counsellors and other professionals, offering supportive and informative guidance.
Caldecote Counselling is suited to anyone seeking confidential, professional support to explore life's difficulties—whether you're navigating emotional challenges alone, working through relationship concerns as a couple, or managing specific issues like anxiety, bereavement or low self-worth.
