About Brislington Osteopaths

Brislington Osteopaths offers a comprehensive approach to physical health and rehabilitation, combining osteopathic techniques with complementary therapies. The practice qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in 1993 and uses osteopathic long and short lever articulation and Harmonic technique to provide a gentler approach to treatment. Alongside this, gentle but powerful functional unwinding and Cranial Osteopathy are regularly integrated into sessions.

The practice employs deep soft tissue work targeting muscles and shortened dysfunctional fascia, informed by extensive Rolfing training and Swedish massage techniques. In 2022, a qualification in Hanna Somatic Movement was undertaken and is now integrated into practice and rehabilitation advice. Personal training and somatic movement classes are also available, with experience in providing mobile PT sessions alongside osteopathic care.

Brislington Osteopaths works with clients seeking pain management, improved mobility, and functional recovery through a blend of hands-on therapy and movement-based rehabilitation.
