Bridget offers therapy and movement-based wellbeing services grounded in creative and integrative approaches. She specialises in dance movement therapy and psychotherapy, an integrative creative arts therapy, and is a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with ADMP UK, the UK professional body for the discipline.
Her therapeutic practice includes general counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and play therapy, drawing on further qualifications in CBT and counselling skills.
