About Brendan Quinn
Brendan Quinn is a qualified Clinical Sports Therapist with over 20 years of experience treating a wide range of physical conditions and sports-related injuries. He specialises in the Bowen Technique and Emmett Technique, two gentle, non-invasive approaches that he applies according to the specific nature of each injury.
Having played rugby and other sports to a high level, Brendan understands the importance of effective injury treatment and recovery. His practice addresses conditions including shoulder pain, neck pain, sciatica, back pain, ankle and Achilles injuries, and sports injuries. He also treats menstrual cycle issues, pelvic concerns, and post-natal back pain, as well as dizziness and vertigo using the Epley Manoeuvre.
Beyond physical therapy, Brendan has studied clinical hypnotherapy to understand how the subconscious mind can hold on to injury patterns. This additional training allows him to offer a more holistic approach to recovery, combining manual techniques with therapeutic support where appropriate.
Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking relief from a specific condition, Brendan tailors his approach to your individual needs, drawing on his extensive toolkit of evidence-based techniques.
