About Bodhi Studio
Bodhi Studio offers yoga, reiki, and therapeutic counselling in an intimate setting. Group and private yoga classes are kept small, with no more than six people in any session, creating a focused and supportive environment. As West Sussex Reiki Masters, the team brings deep experience in reiki healing, understood as a discipline developed and refined over years of practice. Therapeutic counselling and solution-focused coaching are also available, designed to work effectively and quickly. Bodhi Studio is for anyone seeking to deepen their wellness practice through movement, energy work, and talking therapy.
