About Blue Heron Psychotherapy
Blue Heron Psychotherapy offers psychodynamic and integrative therapy for adults exploring issues around relationship, loss, past trauma and anxiety. The practice works in a relational and psychodynamic way to help you uncover and heal, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, attachment-based therapy, and inner child healing work. This integrative approach provides a powerful way to access your inner world, incorporating dreams, imagery, creativity and intuition where helpful.
Sessions are available online, by telephone, or in person. The therapist is a Clinical Associate Member of the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy, a Training Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). They are also undertaking psychoanalytic psychotherapy training with the Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP), and bring a strong Jungian and analytic foundation to their work, complemented by four years of psychosynthesis training.
Blue Heron Psychotherapy is for anyone seeking a thoughtful, experienced therapist who can work flexibly across different therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs.
