About Better Days Counselling
Better Days Counselling offers a warm, non-judgmental space to explore the issues that affect your wellbeing and quality of life. Ed is a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
The service covers a range of common concerns. Anxiety counselling helps you make sense of what's behind anxious feelings. Depression therapy provides space to talk about low mood without pressure or judgment. Relationship counselling allows you to unpack patterns playing out in your relationships, while bereavement counselling offers time and support to process grief and loss.
Better Days Counselling is accessible in the way that suits you best. Sessions are available in person, online, and over the phone, giving you flexibility to engage with support in a format that feels right for your circumstances.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, or simply feeling unseen and understood, counselling can provide the dedicated time and space you need to work through what's affecting you.
