About Beth Waller Counselling
Beth Waller Counselling offers person-centred counselling for young people and adults working through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. As a qualified person-centred counsellor, Beth is experienced in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, and self-esteem concerns.
Counselling sessions are one hour in length and available face to face, online, or by telephone, giving you flexibility in how you access support. To help you decide if counselling is right for you, an initial free 20-minute telephone or online consultation is offered.
Beth holds accreditation with the National Counselling Society and is an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, ensuring her practice meets recognised professional standards and ethical guidelines.
