About BEP Therapy
BEP Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy delivered both online and in person. Helen Eyley-Aboda is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
Her therapeutic approach is humanistic, mainly informed by existential therapy, and she also draws on Transactional Analysis and Gestalt therapies to tailor support to each client's needs.
Helen has particular expertise in bereavement, grief and loss, helping people navigate some of life's most difficult transitions. She also specialises in relationship and family issues, bringing a systemic perspective to how people connect and communicate with those closest to them. Her experience extends to supporting clients managing chronic pain, illness and endometriosis, recognising the emotional dimensions of living with ongoing physical health challenges.
Beyond these areas of special interest, Helen is experienced in working with stress and anxiety, depression and low mood, and the broader questions of meaning and identity that existential therapy explores.
Whether you're seeking support through a specific life event, working through relationship difficulties, managing the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, or exploring deeper questions about how you want to live, BEP Therapy provides a thoughtful, person-centred space for that work.
