Bendle specialises in helping people manage anxiety, panic attacks, chronic anxiety and insomnia, as well as physical symptoms such as digestive problems. The approach draws on a mixture of counselling and NLP techniques, alongside practical advice on breathing, exercise and diet. For those seeking dedicated support with stress and anxiety, Bendle offers a stress reduction clinic designed to help you find calm and resilience.

Services include consultations in both Chinese and Western herbal medicine, general counselling sessions, and sound bath experiences for relaxation and wellbeing.
