About Beginners2Runners

Beginners2Runners is a friendly running club welcoming all fitness levels. Whether you're starting from scratch, returning after injury or a break, or already running 5K and beyond, the club offers structured support to help you improve fitness safely. Members join weekly club runs organised into pace groups, and there's an eight-week beginners course for those learning to run confidently from the start. The club also runs a Back 2 Running programme for anyone easing back into exercise after time away. With two weekly sessions and a focus on inclusive, guided training, Beginners2Runners helps runners of every stage progress at their own pace.
