The practice provides a comprehensive range of treatments including joint mobilisation, deep tissue and sports massage, and spinal mobilisation using manual techniques to improve movement and function.

Custom orthotics have been a core part of the service since 2010, with biomechanical assessment available to identify lower limb and postural issues that may contribute to pain or dysfunction. Exercise rehabilitation programmes are tailored to help patients recover following injury, including post-surgical rehabilitation for procedures such as knee and hip replacements.

The practice also offers acupuncture as part of its physiotherapy approach. Physiotherapist Oliver brings over 15 years' experience in acupuncture, including traditional, western, and electroacupuncture techniques. Vestibular rehabilitation is available for patients experiencing dizziness and balance disorders, including acute BPPV.

Bassett Physiotherapy is regulated by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and holds membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
