Basecamp Cooperative Chepstow is a not-for-profit, community-run organisation providing counselling services, therapeutic interventions and mental health and wellbeing activities. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma or other emotional challenges, the team offers a full range of evidence-based approaches to support your recovery.
Services include general counselling, integrative counselling, CBT, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Basecamp also specialises in trauma intervention using the Rewind technique, an evidence-based practice that reduces the symptoms of PTSD and the impact of traumatic experiences. These therapeutic approaches are delivered with compassion and tailored to your individual needs.
