She completed formal studies in psychotherapeutic skills from 2012, including training in hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis, and psychotherapy, and holds an Advanced International Diploma in Psychotherapy. Her specialist training includes a Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders, undertaken in 2019.
