Sessions are conducted weekly and last 50 minutes, with the option to work in English or German. Barbara's integrative approach draws on several therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and cognitive analytic therapy, allowing her to adapt her work to your individual needs and preferences.
With experience providing cognitive analytic therapy within the NHS to clients experiencing long-standing psychological difficulties, Barbara brings both clinical depth and practical understanding to her practice. She is currently completing advanced training in trauma therapy, reflecting her commitment to developing expertise in this important area.
