Avenue Confidential is a counselling and therapy service supporting individuals, couples, families and young people through a range of evidence-based approaches. The service offers general counselling sessions, couples counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), family and systemic therapy, and play therapy for primary-aged children. Avenue also provides specialist support for parents navigating separation, including family mediation and parenting apart counselling delivered both individually and jointly. Counselling is available for secondary school-aged children and young people, helping them work through challenges in a safe, confidential space.
