Atlas Gymnasium is a dedicated fitness facility offering gym memberships, strength training with personal trainers, and a climbing and bouldering centre. The gym features extensive free weights—two full sets of dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 75kg plus over 10,000kgs of weight plates—alongside cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, steppers and a stairmaster. You'll also find professional-grade Hammer Strength, Cybex and Nautilus machines. Beyond training, Atlas offers an on-site sports injury clinic, tanning services through Sunset Tan, and a nutrition shop stocking a wide range of supplements. Flexible membership options start from £25, with pay-as-you-train visits available at £7 per session.
