With a rich background as an Executive and a management consultant for over 30 years, Funmi brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at prestigious organizations such as IBM, NatWest, and KPMG. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals by embracing their authentic selves in various aspects of life, including education, work, and personal relationships.

Funmi's unique approach combines her professional expertise with personal insights gained from raising two neurodiverse children. This perspective allows her to connect deeply with clients, particularly those who are neurodiverse, and to champion inclusivity in both educational and workplace settings. She is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery, helping them navigate challenges related to work/life balance, anxiety, burnout, and more.
