Can I access the gym outside of staffed hours?
Yes, ARH Gym offers 24-hour access as part of membership, so you can work out whenever suits your schedule. Staffed hours are Monday–Friday 7am–10am and 4:30pm–7:30pm, plus Saturday 9am–11am, during which our friendly trainers are available to support you.
What happens when I first join?
You'll receive a complimentary, personal trainer-led induction to help you start safely and confidently. This ensures you're set up properly from day one.
