You can access general counselling sessions, trauma-informed therapy, or specialist approaches such as somatic experiencing to work with the body's responses. Walk and talk therapy is available during good weather for those who prefer to move while talking. If face-to-face sessions don't suit you, online counselling is also offered, making support accessible wherever you are.
In addition to client work, Apricity Counselling provides professional supervision to trainee and qualified therapists, offering encouragement and challenge to explore client work, wellbeing, and career development.
