Beyond self-directed gym use, Apex Fitness provides personal training services available on a one-to-one, pairs, or small group basis. The gym also includes a climbing and bouldering centre, adding variety to your fitness options. Inductions are available on request to help you get started. Membership sign-up is straightforward and can be completed digitally via the FitSense mobile app.
