About Anthro-Contrology
Anthro-Contrology offers boutique reformer Pilates tailored to a range of abilities and life stages. The studio provides small group sessions on up to six reformers as well as private one-to-one tutoring, with a varied class timetable designed to suit individual needs.
Classes span all levels, from beginner sessions for those brand new to reformer Pilates through to dynamic and advanced practice for those wanting to work hard and explore new techniques. Mixed-level classes are adaptable for fundamental, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The studio also offers tower classes, which combine the whole Pilates method across reformer, mat and tower apparatus.
Anthro-Contrology excels at offering classes tailored for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Sessions are ideal for those rehabilitating an injury or in their postpartum recovery, as well as clinical and specialist Pilates work using dedicated apparatus.
Mat Pilates and advanced Pilates options complement the reformer-based offering, giving clients flexibility in how they practise. Whether you are new to Pilates, returning after time away, managing an injury, or preparing for or recovering from pregnancy, Anthro-Contrology provides a personalised approach to movement and recovery.
