Annelies is fully qualified in three humanistic models of counselling and psychotherapy: person-centred therapy, existential therapy, and Gestalt therapy. This multi-modal training allows her to tailor her approach to what works best for each individual, drawing on different therapeutic frameworks to support your unique needs and goals.
Sessions are available both in person and online via Zoom or similar platforms, making counselling accessible regardless of your circumstances. Whether you prefer face-to-face work or find online sessions more convenient, Annelies is experienced in delivering effective therapy through both formats.
