About Anne Kingston
Anne Kingston is a facilitator of embodied movement, holistic practices, and Middle Eastern dance. She offers somatic movement classes, yoga, qigong, and reiki, alongside one-to-one breathwork sessions and group meditation. Anne also organises couples workshops and retreats designed for connection and exploration.
Beyond regular classes, Anne creates bespoke holiday and retreat experiences in Morocco, crafted for relaxation, letting go, and adventure. These unique retreats blend somatic movement, trance drumming, and guided exploration with her collaborator, Moroccan guide and master musician Allal Yamine, and a wider team of facilitators.
