About Annamaria Sacco

Annamaria Sacco is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) and experienced yoga practitioner who brings together therapeutic bodywork and movement to support physical wellbeing and resilience.

With over 20 years of full-time yoga teaching, Annamaria holds Iyengar Yoga Level 3 and mentor-level qualifications in the Iyengar system. She has been supporting clients one-to-one with remedial yoga since 2007, drawing on specialist training in therapeutic yoga practice. Her approach extends to pre-natal yoga, offering one-to-one sessions for expectant mothers, and craniosacral therapy for mothers, babies and children, trained at CCST London.

Beyond individual sessions, Annamaria runs group yoga classes and has organised yoga retreats since 2006, creating immersive experiences in Scotland and Portugal. She also offers yoga teacher training through her 300-hour Body Symphonies Yoga Teacher and Practitioner Training course, and provides mentoring and supervision for yoga teachers.
