As a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher trained at the Kundalini Research Institute in the USA, Anna leads daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation sessions to awaken energy, clarity, and inner power. She is a qualified Reiki Practitioner and skilled meditation facilitator, offering both group meditation classes and one-to-one breathwork sessions that help release, open, and deepen your practice.

Anna's energy healing work encompasses sound therapy and gong baths, channelling sessions, and somatic experiencing practices. She also facilitates transformational group experiences including sacred women's circles for deep reflection and sisterhood, cacao ceremonies, and ecstatic dance events.
