Ania Szczepanik offers a integrated approach to wellness through traditional acupuncture and complementary therapies. Her practice draws on traditional Chinese acupuncture, which utilises an understanding of health and illness developed over 2,000 years, alongside a range of hands-on techniques to support physical wellbeing.
Ania combines acupuncture with craniosacral therapy, an extremely gentle form of body therapy, and holistic massage. She studied holistic massage at the Academy of Natural Health in London and has undertaken further training in myofascial release therapy and clinical massage techniques. Her integrated approach means she may combine massage strokes, pressures and movements with acupuncture techniques, and may also use moxibustion and other traditional methods to tailor treatment to individual needs.
Ania has particular experience working with babies and children of all ages, offering acupuncture as an effective, gentle and safe treatment for younger clients.
