About Angela Beecroft Clinical Nutritionist
Angela Beecroft is a Clinical Nutritionist with a background in nursing and health visiting, holding qualifications including a BSc(Hons) and the Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (mBANT), holds the Functional Medicine Certification Program qualification, and is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine.
As a functional medicine practitioner, Angela explores and influences your biochemistry through a personalised nutrition programme. Her approach focuses on three core areas of expertise. She works with the microbiome—the complex ecosystem of microbes and how they interact with your body and mind—recognising that gut health forms the foundation of wellbeing. She also draws on the science of epigenetics, understanding how your environment affects your gene expression. Additionally, she offers DNA and nutrigenomics testing to inform tailored nutritional strategies.
Angela provides functional medicine consultations and nutritional therapy initial consultations, supported by private health testing where appropriate. She also hosts wellness retreats that combine functional medicine principles with retreat experiences, offering a comprehensive approach to nutritional health.
