Aneequa Godart is a nutritional therapist specialising in DNA-based nutrition for longevity, methylation support and neuro-optimisation. She uses innovative DNA testing with clients to create tailored nutrition plans, including methylation DNA testing and DNA longevity testing that analyse key genetic markers influencing ageing and cognitive performance.
