About Amy Voakes
Amy Voakes is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, offering specialist physiotherapy services for all animals—horses, dogs, cats and small furries—as well as fully qualified treatment for humans. She holds specialist accreditation through ACPAT (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy).
Services include physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy, with soft tissue massage available in holistic, relaxation, remedial and sports options. Amy leads underwater treadmill sessions using advanced hydrotherapy techniques, and the practice employs Class IV Laser Technology to safely deliver high doses of near infrared laser therapy.
Traditional acupuncture is also available, delivered by an experienced practitioner with over 10 years in Western veterinary acupuncture. Hydrotherapy is led by a Registered Veterinary Nurse with level 3 animal hydrotherapy training.
