About Amy Medley Therapy
Amy Medley Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. As a trainee Gestalt psychotherapist registered with BACP and working towards UKCP accreditation, Amy brings a person-centred approach to her work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Services are delivered flexibly to suit your needs. Amy offers general counselling sessions, alongside specialist support for couples, adoption and fostering-related concerns, and stress counselling. She also provides telephone counselling and online therapy via Zoom, with sessions lasting an hour. This flexibility means you can access support in the way that works best for you.
Amy has particular experience and interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring neurodiversity. Her background as a musician informs her interest in the creative arts within therapy, and she offers music therapy as part of her practice. She also works with organisations and receives referrals for employee assistance therapy.
Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking support through a difficult period, Amy Medley Therapy provides an accessible, thoughtful space for exploration and change.
