About Amy Does Yoga
Amy Does Yoga offers a diverse range of yoga classes and wellness experiences designed to meet practitioners at every level. Accredited with Yoga Alliance at RYT 570 hours, Amy draws from a mix of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, ensuring there's something for everyone whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
Classes span dynamic flows that challenge you mentally and physically, through to restorative sessions. Beginners start with fundamentals and learn something new each week, while those seeking more movement can explore flowing sequences. For deeper relaxation, Yoga Nidra is offered as a guided meditation to bring the nervous system into total relaxation, and Yin classes hold postures for 2–4 minutes each, mostly seated with the use of props.
Beyond regular group classes, Amy Does Yoga provides one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs, as well as yoga retreats. These range from day retreats exploring stillness and presence, to overseas experiences offering a week of escapism, freedom and community. Retreat weeks include yoga, meditation, ice bath sessions, and other wellness activities designed to support holistic wellbeing.
